POSITION TITLE: Interim Controller (2-3 months)
Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day accounting functions and special projects as needed.
• Prepare and update account reconciliations and timely address outstanding items and/or variances.
• Assist with audit requests and work closely with auditors
• Prepare of consolidated financial statements.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of the monthly Management Accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements, to senior management teams.
• Assist with the generation of all balance sheets reconciliations and overhead cost analyses.
• Partner with external auditors regularly and provide support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or business administration.
• 5 years’ experience in manufacturing accounting with a heavy emphasis in cost accounting and inventory accounting.
• CPA preferred
• Be a pro-active “do-er”, good communicator and team player.
• Be well organized and able to self-manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
• Work independently with a self-sufficient attitude.
• Display professionalism and integrity in all work conducted.

PAY TRANSPARENCY: A reasonable estimate of the available hourly pay scale for this position is: 55-75/hr. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on qualifications and other factors essential to the performance of duties and is determined by the hiring authority.
